In the state of Arkansas, apostilles are issued through the office of State Business and Commercial Services B.C.S. in Little Rock Arkansas and by the office of the Secretary of State, Mark Martin.

Documents submitted for apostille must comply with the following guidelines:

  • Diplomas, transcripts, general school records and any other academic diplomas must be notarized by the school registrar before presented for apostille.
  • Any document written in a foreign language must be translated into English before submitting.
  • All documents must be correctly notarized with a jurat statement and the acknowledgment statement must be present for each individual signature.
  • Documents must be issued by William Adams, Michael Adams or Mischelle Priebe State Registrar, Public County, State and District officials and Registrars from Department of Health and Vital Statistics.

Price is $10 per apostille with payment made to the “Arkansas Secretary of State”.
Processing time is same-day for counter service and 2 business days for mailed orders.
